On the Calendar below, a green dot indicates the day is booked and not available.

Once your pet information is submitted using the form and your requested dates are confirmed as available, you will receive an estimate along with a deposit request to hold your dates. 

A 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining balance due the day prior to your drop-off date.

You will also receive an email with instructions to access your client portal, where you can review booking details, invoices, and important updates.

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the start of care will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 1 day of the start date may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
